Blanched Roasted Salted Almonds

I purchased the blanched roasted, salted almonds to add to a gift basket and enjoy at home for Christmas. My mother used to make these when I was a child, and they were a favorite, done only at Christmas. These were just like I remembered and everyone has raved about them. Most of my friends had never had them before and they were definitely a hit! Thank you so much for making them available and reminding me of Christmases long ago.

I had purchased unsalted blanched almonds from another company in order to reduce plant lectins in my diet but they were very plain and not particularly satisfying to me. What a difference the roasting and light salt makes in the flavor profile! I would definitely buy again.

I was so very happy with my purchase of the blanched almonds. They are delicious. It’s very hard to find blanched nuts and that is the only kind of nuts I can eat due to having diverticulosis hopefully they will make blanched cashews that would be amazing!
